Processing method
1). Liquid-liquid-solid method, also known as "liquid-liquid-solid three-phase extraction method", which is based on the principle of solvent extraction method "similar compatibility”, using the first extraction of cottonseed oil and then extract gossypol step-by-step extraction method.
It can not only give full play to the oil extraction performance of 6# solvents, but also maximize the effect of methanol extraction of gossypol.
The process is to separate the polished cottonseeds after cleaning and removing impurities by peeling and separating the kernel shells, and then reduce the shell content and the lint content in the kernels by special selection equipment, after a series of low temperature tempering treatments, The raw material is sent to the extractor to extract cottonseed oil. The leached wet meal is directly processed in the multi-stage dephenolization leaching equipment through a dephenol solvent for dephenolization. After dephenolization, it is desolvated by mechanical desolvation and low-temperature drying. The finished product of dephenolic cottonseed protein is obtained.
The leached cottonseed miscella oil is filtered and then enters the staged evaporation and steam stripping to obtain crude oil, which is sent to the refining workshop for refining. The solvents after extracting cottonseed oil and gossypol are regenerated by the comprehensive recovery system and then recycled.
2). Mixed solvent method, two (or more) solvents are mixed and leached in an extractor to remove the gossypol while degreasing. The mixed oil obtained by leaching is subjected to stratification treatment (the specific gravity of the two solvents is different), the grease-containing mixed oil is evaporated and stripped to obtain crude oil, the phenol-containing solvent distillation, cooling and recycling.
The whole process adopts low temperature one-time leaching process to treat cottonseed, which avoids protein denaturation and damage to the greatest extent and ensures the nutritional value of cottonseed protein products.
Two solvents are used to extract cottonseed oil and gossypol step by step to ensure rapid and thorough oil extraction and dephenolization.
Special multi-stage dephenol extraction equipment, using a dephenol solvent of appropriate concentration and temperature, quickly extract a large amount of free gossypol in a short time, avoiding denatured gossypol, combined gossypol and other forms of gossypol derivative the generation of things. The free gossypol content in the product is less than 400mg/kg, which is lower than the standard recommended by the World Health Organization, the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, the United Nations Children’s Fund and other international organizations that the free gossypol content in food is not more than 600 mg/kg.
At the same time of removing phenol, through the interaction of solvent and water, the toxic and harmful substances such as raffinose, tannin, phytic acid, aflatoxin and pesticide residues in cottonseed kernels are removed, and the effective nutrition in cottonseed protein is fully protected. Ingredients.
The special oil extraction extractor has high extraction efficiency and low equipment investment. after extraction of oil-containing dissolved wet meal without desolvation treatment and direct extraction of phenol removal,to avoid the thermal denaturation of protein, reducing energy consumption.
The low temperature process prevents the pigment from being solidified into the material and oil. crude oil pigment content is low, oil quality is fully guaranteed.
The entire oil extraction, dephenolization, and solvent recovery systems are operating in a slightly negative pressure state, and the exhaust gas can be regulated and quantitatively discharged. There are a series of measures to ensure the separation and recovery of solvents to minimize solvent consumption. So as to ensure that the project can achieve considerable economic benefits.
